State Farm Players of the Week: Week 4 - Salvador Sandoval, a senior wide receiver for Springdale, was selected as the State Farm Player of the Week for his performance against the Heritage War Eagles in week 4 of the 2014 season. “Sally” has been a bright spot for the Bulldogs on offense. State State Farm Player of the Week: Week 4 - Springdale currently leads the 7A-West in passing yards, and Sandoval has played a big role in the Red Dog aerial attack. In 4 weeks Sandoval has tallied 26 catches for 439 yards and 3 touchdowns. Offensive coaches have been pleased with Sandoval is his first year contributing on Friday nights. Wide Receiver coach Nathan Middleton said, “We’re really proud of the way he’s come along this year. He’s done well so far, but we need him to keep on growing throughout the year.” The Bulldogs will play their cross town rival, Har-Ber High School, this Friday night at Wildcat Stadium.
